Vissarion, who has proclaimed himself a new Christ, and his followers are building a so-called Sun City in Russia.
Vissarion, who has proclaimed himself a new Christ, conducts a service during the "Holiday of Good Fruit" feast in the village of Obitel Rassveta (Cloister of Sunrise), southeast of Russia's Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk, August 18, 2010. Former police officer Vissarion gave up his original name of Sergei Torop and created a sect in 1991, whose members give up their property to join the construction of a so-called Sun City on the slopes of the mountain where their leader is.
