No Janet, it just detects those with an increased temperature, the first step in identifying them, it does not mean all of those will have it, they may have some other type of flu or just a temporarily raised temperture and then their immune system may fight off whatever is causing the increased temperature, there can be lots of reasons for this, they would then look for other factors as well, including where they have been and who they have travelled with. It's far from being a diagnosis.
