Britain's Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, arrive by carriage on the second day of the annual Royal Ascot horse race meeting on June 15, 2011, in Ascot, England. Ascot is celebrating its 300 years of horse racing at the Royal Racecourse, which began with Queen Anne, with the first race in August 1711 and a prize of some 105 pounds ($172).
