The memorial plaza and waterfall pools at the World Trade Center site are scheduled to be dedicated on September 11, 2011, the 10th anniversary of the attacks with the Museum opening later.





The south pool waterfall is tested as work continues on the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center site in New York, July 28, 2011.
