I don't think you're right there, Peter, and you're not British so I suggest you leave the British to get on with their job, how brave are you?

Either you're a Royalist or you're not, and its apparent in which camp you lie and where your bread is buttered.

The convicts sent from England did much to start the development of this fine country of ours, lest we forget, and lest we forget our values.

Be grateful for the abundant good things you receive in life, and less critical of other points of view, we have enough of those.

Talk is cheap, why don't you put your feet where your mouth is.

You're still a nice guy but you do need to do a bit more thinking and be not so quick to bring down the values of others, and at least many of us do have values.

Yeah, you got a point there, but the fact is that if we do not look at our existing values critically, we won't grow.

We all have good value and bad value, sometime we are even brought up been taught in value that are inaccurate, so we need to treat all of our value critically. If we follow it blindly we will otherwise we get sucker in big time. In fact it is because people don't take the value they are brought up to believe in, to analysis critically that brain washing campaign e.g. Hitler Youth and Communist campaign prove successful amount children, they teach those kids a set of wrong value since young age and when they grow up they follow it blindly without questioning it or analysis it critically.

When we analysis the concept of Royalty critically we realize that it socially constructed, it doesn't exist by itself.

Our conservative concept such as King is god's given right is actually problematic.

A prince is a public servant, just like the Prime Minister.

I would go to Afghanistan and visit the troops if i am the Prime Minister or Defense Minister, because that is my duty as a public servant and just like the Prime Minister, the Royals are the same sort of public servants, not the opposite way around. Therefore, if the Prime Minister should visit troops, then expecially the crown Prince should also, so that is why I say it is about time Prince Chales visit the troops, as the crown prince, he have the same duty as the PM, he should have gone there since ages ago. His son actually fought there you know, now that is acting like a true prince.

I am not talking these stuff off thin air. Most of this is not me speaking, it is academic studies speaking.

I am not going to talk more about this subject

Cheers

If you study all the academic studies and believe them you are blind.

You make too many assumptions and proceed illogically from there.

Royalty are not public servants, end of story.
