That may have been exactly what the photographer intended, a photo is more than just a pretty picture, far more than aesthetics is involved, if you look at the others you may be agreeably surprised, there are some excellent shots there, I chose the cat simply because it was so different, a very novel idea, which also needs to be assessed when evaluating photographs.
