Sept. 22 - One of the most talked about devices at this year's photokina fair in Cologne promises to be the world's first Digital SLR camera to include HD movie mode.

Japan's Nikon has surprised many by becoming the first to market with a Digtial Single-Lens Reflex camera capable of shooting video, considering it does not have a legacy of making video cameras unlike some of its main competitors.


According to the editor of a respected UK photography magazine, Nikon's move has caused a stir among photobuffs - and not all of the reaction is enthusiastic.
