And they are more easily remembered too.
While not detracting in any way from the photographic excellence of all these images, I direct you to some special features of individual shots and you should, by now, be familiar with most of the things I am pointing out.
1. great divisions and the rule of thirds.
4. the face and eyes you could die for, centrally placed.
6. natural framing
8. irony and rule of thirds and if it weren't so serious it would be funny
10. breaking the rules but it works so well as does 11
12. convergence and rule of thirds
13. natural convergence with the subject and divisions into triangles
15. a picture is worth a thousand words
16. the strategic brolly always makes a good photograph, I wonder why?
17. toys? and don't miss that umbrella - use your eyes
18. circular emphasis, you can almost feel yourself going around and around.
They are different to-day, and that is what makes them so special
