Capturing a scene through a camera lens is sometimes more about telling the viewer about events that are happening outside of the frame. This selection of images hints at the context that surrounds them.






Shoes which belonged to prisoners are seen in the former Nazi death camp Auschwitz in Oswiecim January 12, 2007.

I hoped these shoes are used for the recycle, as it would be a totally waste, if all the shoes being thrown and bury away...

I think they are a symbol for the deaths at the Nazi concentration camps, we should not forget the persecution of the Jews.
