It rather looks as if they are winning the battle if not the War. I personally can't stand that pixelation, don't know whether to blame the camera or the computer, and I guess it all depends on how much you pay for the camera, for many folks a picture is just a picture and if it's that or nothing at all, I guess they win.
I agree! I guess we're purists. I'm seriously considering getting my old 35mm fixed and going beck to film. I must be REAL old school because I find the grain from even 1600 speed film blown up much less objectionable the pixelation of even, say, ISO 100.

and James, yes the film captures me too but speed for these types of shots will always vie with the fastest shutter.
