Competitors race through a puddle during the traditional horse and trotter race in Duhnen on the German North Sea coast near Cuxhaven August 8, 2010. About 30,000 spectators were on hand to watch the annual event that begins as the ebbing tide exposes the mud flats on which the races are run.
