cucumber e coli deaths bacteria food









A farmer displays a cucumber cut in half in a greenhouse in Algarrobo, near Malaga, southern Spain May 29, 2011. A virulent form of E.coli bacteria blamed on infected cucumbers from Spain has killed 10 people in Germany and sickened 300, health officials said on Sunday while warning people not to eat suspected vegetables. The cucumber pictured is not affected by the health incident and the greenhouse is not under investigation.
