An unusual photo by many standards and one which we would rarely see, it's a great perspective on life as well as being a great perspective in photography, by using the link above you will find other exceptional photos and some of the usual more ordinary ones, but all have a story to tell and I guess that is what the news is all about, enhanced so brilliantly by good photography
