Las Vegas, along with Phoenix and Orlando, are the riskiest markets on this list. The Vegas market is expected to experience a high number of home foreclosures, problems in the credit market and fallout from a job market damaged by the decline of housing-related jobs. Still, based on figures from Moody's which account for unsold inventory and sales rate, turnover activity next year is expected to rate second in the country, as buyers take advantage of the slump.
