Sumatran orangutan infant, Cinta, and his mother Indah command attention at the San Diego Zoo.on November 9, 2004. Nov. 7th - 13th is International Orangutan Awareness Week at the Zoo, and the goal is to raise public awareness about the plight of orangutans in the wild -- a critically endangered species which may become extinct in 7 - 10 years due to rampant logging of their habitat.
