Riding the rails


Passengers exit the Albany train station after riding the 49 Lake Shore Limited Amtrak train in Albany, New York June 11, 2008. Leaving New York, the 49 Lake Shore Limited connects with the 5 California Zephyr in Chicago and winds its way through the Rocky Mountains to San Francisco, making it one of Amtrak's most scenic coast to coast routes.
